After several successful years in sales, Mark Bates, still our Managing Director, started the Premier Care range to raise the level of service in the industry. He focused on a sector of society where it is most needed, specifically the over 50s and disabled people.

We started in 1994 with mobility scooter and powerchair insurance, still one of our most popular policies. Today we offer a range of specialist cover, all supported from our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
